Whilst the 4th July may have passed, the spirit of independence that is at the heart of this American holiday, is ever-present at each of the four independent Californian wine producers that we represent. We are proud to be working with the houses of Robert Sinskey Vineyards, Staglin Family Vineyard, Abreu and Dalla Valle; a decision which reinforces our focus on premium and well-made wines, with family at the helm. In celebration of Independence Day and all of the great works of Uncle Sam, we encourage you to visit one of the below bars, restaurants or retailers in order to try one of these fantastic wines.

staglin

This year the Staglin Family are celebrating the 30th anniversary since they founded the estate. Their mission is to produce world class wines, with the aid of viticulturalist David Abreu, that reflect the distinctive character of their historic Rutherford Bench estate in the Napa Valley. They farm the vineyard organically, and produce the wines in a state of the art underground production facility. The wines include a Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay together with a very small amount of Sangiovese, each expressive of the unique characteristics of their Rutherford estate, and reflective of the fastidious care and attention invested in their viticultural and production practices.
