The first of the 2009 series of concerts organised by Music in Country Churches, under the patronage of HRH The Prince of Wales and sponsored by Pol Roger will be held at The Church of St Peter, Winchcombe on Friday 15th May at 7.30pm. The English Chamber Orchestra Ensemble will play a varied programme of Mozart, Brahms and Mendelelssohn. On Saturday 16th there will be a performance by Natasha Korsakova, violin, and Kira Ratner, piano, at 11.00am and in the evening at 7.30pm the English Chamber Orchestra under Joseph Woolfe will play Rossini, Hummel and Haydn with soloists Julie Price and John Anderson.
