The annual Oxbridge wine tasting competition for the Pol Roger Trophy took place on 26th February. Under the watchful eyes of judges Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson Cambridge ran out the winners. Patrice Noyelle, CEO of Pol Roger was on hand to present the prizes to the teams. Each member of the winning team received a bottle of Pol Roger Vintage 1999 and to the gallant losers bottles of Pol Roger Brut NV. The winners also receive a subscription to Decanter Magazine generously donated by the publishers and the top individual tasters (a tie) received a bottle of Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill 1998.
