Champagne Pol Roger is delighted to unveil three unique cases of magnums of Pol Roger Brut Reserve. Each case (3x 1.5l) of magnums has been entrusted into the skilled hands of an artist and now carry one-off, hand-painted designs. The family-owned champagne house commissioned the panel of artists with the objective of creating remarkable artworks for auction, in aid of three chosen charities of which they have been longstanding supporters.
Each of the three artists has brought their distinctive style to their individual magnums. The first magnums in the series feature the work of Clare Brownlow, famed for her paintings using the tips of pheasant feathers. Her designs champion the beauty of the humble yet invaluable bumblebee, the elegant and brightly-coloured flamingo and the beautiful ostrich. Clare’s vision was to highlight the beauty and fragility of our flora and fauna.
It is, therefore, a fitting charitable partnership to work with Tusk Trust. Tusk’s mission is to amplify the impact of progressive conservation initiatives across Africa. For almost thirty years, Tusk has supported forward-thinking and successful wildlife conservation intervention in Africa.
Clare’s one of a kind case of magnums will go on auction on 7th September, with all funds being raised going to support Tusk in their bid to protect Africa’s unique natural heritage.
